Are you a social media enthusiast with a flair for building and nurturing online communities? Do you excel in creating engaging content and managing vibrant social spaces? We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to join our dynamic team and elevate our brand’s digital footprint.

In this role, you will be the architect of our social media presence and the heart of our Facebook private communities. You’ll craft and develop strategies that not only drive success to our brands but also foster a strong sense of community among our followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community-Driven Campaign Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns that boost engagement, drive website traffic, and generate sales, while emphasizing community interaction and brand building.
  • Content Creation & Curation: You’ll be hands-on in crafting compelling visuals, videos and copy for various platforms. Managing the daily content calendar, you’ll ensure our messaging is relatable, engaging, and authentically represents voices of our brands.
  • Community Engagement & Moderation: Actively engage with our community members, launching discussions, responding to queries, and moderating conversations. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing our crafters’ community, focusing on US-based audiences.
  • Analytics & Insights: Use data to continuously refine our strategy. Your analytical skills will convert metrics into actionable improvements.
  • Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in social media trends. Your insights will help us explore new tools, tactics and platforms, keeping our brands at the forefront of digital marketing.

Job requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in social media and community management, with demonstrable success stories. Prior experience in building and growing social media profiles or communities is highly valued.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and creative abilities. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized.
  • Hands-On Approach: Ability to independently create content, including writing copy, creating visuals and editing simple videos.
  • Personality: A true “people’s person” – chatty, involved, and dedicated to helping others. A strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently is crucial.
  • Passion for Social Media: Active personal engagement in social media, with a keen understanding of the latest trends.
  • Interest in DIY Crafts: Bonus points for a personal interest in DIY crafts like knitting, crocheting, sewing.
  • Education: A degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary  1100 – 2400 Euros after taxes + a bonus from the generated revenue
